Up to 300 horses
Owners of Audi A5 models who might be thinking of making their way to Abt Tuning need to be sure that theirs is powered either by the three-litre diesel of the two-litre turbocharged petrol fuelled engine… these are the only two motorizations which can benefit from the boost that Abt offers. The diesel will have its output enhanced from 245 to 300 horsepower and that of the TFSI will rise from 211 to 270. For more sporting stiffness there is the choice of either new suspension springs or coil-over units. Abt light metal alloys are on offer in two different designs in 18, 19 or 20 inch format and when sports tyres are mounted contact with the roadway is certainly improved. The sports brakes work with either 345 or 380 millimetre discs to round out the enhancements to the car’s dynamics.

Complete body kit
Abt are the world wide leading after-market tuner of VW and Audi models and are never inclined to stop with just technical optimization. The A5 is given an aerodynamics package comprising front spoiler, side skirts, fender inserts, a rear skirt set and a three-piece rear spoiler. Quad tailpipes adapted to the rear skirt are also on offer.
