PFA-Creativ Nissan 370Z Roadster
Nissan 370Z by PFA-Creativ
Big, bigger, PFA-Creativ! The specialist for wheels and suspensions puts massive 21 inch rims on the Nissan 370Z roadster. (Stefan Wagner

How can they fit in?
Nissan’s sports car for everyman is the 370Z and, like the preceding 350Z model, is well known as welcoming all imaginable wheels that the various manufacturers care to offer into its widely flared wheel arches. But fans of the Z models, aficionados of alloys in XXL format, could be somewhat alarmed at what PFS-Creativ have seen fit to put on the cute little Japanese sports model. To be precise it’s a matter of Schmidt CC-Line rims in 9.5x21 inch size at the front and 11.5x21 at the back, with 245/30 and 295/25 Hankook rubber respectively, a massive set of wheels costing 5,999 Euros. What these three-piece wheels mean for the car’s driving dynamics would hesitate to speculate. But is certain that the clearance inside the wheel arches is now so reduces that a cigarette paper could hardly be inserted twixt rubber and metal.

- It's loud, too, thanks to a stainless-steel exhaust system with adjustable flaps. That costs a further 4,500 Euros.
Lower and louder
The situation is not just the fault of the big wheels.
PFA have installed, at a cost of 1,150 Euros a H&R coil-over suspension
allowing the auto to ride low. And loud, too, thanks to a stainless-steel
exhaust system with adjustable flaps. That costs a further 4,500 Euros.
